The art piece “Emergence of the Kraken” illustrates the arrival of Hockey in Seattle. The Kraken arrived in 2021 and took the city by storm.

An old 1908 map of Seattle serves to charter the course to the Kraken’s new home, the Climate Pledge Arena. Out of the depths of the Puget Sound the Kraken emerges. The original was commissioned by WaFd Bank and can be found in the WaFd Bank Club at the Climate Pledge Arena.
